These terms cover your use of Clarvalo, published by NNtrSoftwr. By using the app, you agree to them.
Health and safety
Clarvalo offers general information and self-help tools. It is not medical treatment and does not replace professional care.
Nicotine replacement and prescription medicines raise the chances of quitting. A doctor or pharmacist can tell you what fits you.
Health milestones in the app summarize public sources, which are linked in the app. Everyone's body is different.
If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency number.
Plans and billing
Some features need a paid plan, and the app shows the price before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If a plan includes a free trial, Google Play charges you when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
Your data
What you log stays on your phone, as the Privacy Policy explains. Keep your phone and its backups safe: if you uninstall the app or lose the phone, we cannot recover your data.
License
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Clarvalo. Please don't copy, resell, modify or reverse engineer the app.
No warranty
We work to keep Clarvalo accurate and running, but it is provided as is, without any warranty that it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NNtrSoftwr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and using the app after that means you accept the new version.
